🛏 BEDROOMS

Five well-equipped rooms for comfortable, restorative sleep. Four have double beds (135x190 cm) and the fifth has a single bed (105x190 cm), perfect for an older child or an adult who prefers their own space.

A cot (120x60 cm) with sheets is also available on request, ideal for the youngest members of the family. All bedrooms have duvets, extra blankets, quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, blackout blinds and bedside tables with lamps. A good night's sleep in this villa is guaranteed.

🚿 BATHROOMS

Three full bathrooms, cared for down to the detail. Two have a bathtub (perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or by the pool) and one has a shower. A bidet is available in two of them. Complete towel set per guest, shampoo, gel, soap and hair dryers included.

🍳 KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

The kitchen is fully fitted with high-end BOSCH appliances: ceramic hob, oven and microwave, fridge plus freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for longer stays. Complete cookware, wine glasses and tableware for all guests.

The indoor dining room is warm and spacious, seating everyone at once. And for good weather, there are two terraces with outdoor tables where eating in the open air becomes the best moment of the day.

🛋 LIVING AREAS AND ATTIC ROOM

The main living room is spacious and welcoming: sofa, TV and a reading area with natural light. Board games available for rainy afternoons or long conversations after lunch. The attic room is another separate space with air conditioning in heating mode, ideal for anyone who needs a moment to work, read or simply be alone with a good view.

🌿 OUTDOORS AND POOL

The private garden with three terraces and sunny seating areas is the star of the villa in spring and summer. The gas barbecue is available all year and is the perfect excuse to gather the group around the fire and some good meat or fish.

The private pool is available from 1 June to 31 September, the perfect time to enjoy the warmth of the Sierra Oeste and Mediterranean sunsets from a hammock.

San Martín de Valdeiglesias is one of those towns Madrileños keep as a secret: 50 minutes from the capital, in the Sierra Oeste, with landscapes of holm oak, vineyards and reservoirs that will leave you speechless.

🌊 San Juan reservoir — 8 minutes by car. Kayaking, canoeing, hiking and spectacular views of the mountains reflected in the water. The perfect plan for an active morning.

🏙 San Martín de Valdeiglesias — local restaurants, wineries and shops a few minutes away by car. The food of the Sierra Oeste deserves a visit.

🏛 Madrid — 50 minutes by car. If you fancy a day in the capital, the whole city is at your disposal and you can come back to the villa in the evening.

🥾 Hiking routes — all around. The Sierra Oeste offers trails for every level, with landscapes ranging from Mediterranean forest to the reservoir, taking in dehesas and vineyards.

🍷 Local wineries — the Vinos de Madrid denomination has some of its best wineries in this area. A visit and a tasting is the perfect plan for an afternoon.

🚗 How to get here

The villa is in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, easily reached from Madrid via the A-5 (towards Badajoz). Free parking has room for up to 5 cars, so you can come comfortably even as several groups with vehicles. The villa has its own entrance and there are no areas shared with other properties.
