A cosy, well-equipped bedroom designed for complete rest and absolute privacy. The double bed comes made up with fresh, quality linen, comfortable pillows and a chest of drawers for your things. The flat-screen Smart TV is there if you want to watch something before sleeping, and the blackout blinds guarantee you can rest for as long as you need, without outside light disturbing you.

The bedroom combines the warmth of natural materials with careful decor that invites rest and switching off.

🚿 BATHROOM

A complete, modern bathroom, designed with attention to detail. It has a rain shower with a black screen, a bathtub, an illuminated mirror and everything you might need: towels for each guest, gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. 🚇 Asamblea de Madrid - Entrevías (Metro Line 1) — 8 minutes on foot. From here you have direct access to Madrid's entire metro network.

🚌 Ronda Sur bus stop — 3 minutes on foot. Buses connecting you with the centre and other parts of the city.

🌳 Cerro del Tío Pío — 12 minutes on foot. An elevated park with panoramic views over Madrid, perfect for a walk at sunset.

🏛 Atocha — 10 minutes by car or 15 by metro. Madrid's central train station, the starting point for day trips to Toledo, Segovia or El Escorial.

🏙 Central Madrid — 20 minutes by public transport. Sol, Gran Vía, the Prado, Retiro: all of Madrid within reach from your base in Vallecas.

🚗 How to get here

The apartment is easily reached by metro (8 min on foot from Asamblea de Madrid), by bus (3 min) or by car. If you come by car, on-street parking is free, which makes arriving and coming and going during your stay much easier.

📋 HOUSE RULES

- Check-in from 15:00 | Check-out before 11:00. If you need a late check-out that has not been agreed in advance, a €20 surcharge per extra hour applies.

- Maximum capacity: 2 guests. The apartment does not accept more people than stated.

- As a ground-floor unit, the apartment receives limited natural light. The warm interior lighting and the climate control system (21-23 °C) are designed to compensate and always provide a comfortable atmosphere.

- The temperature is regulated automatically. There is no control inside the property to change it directly. If you need to adjust it, get in touch with us.

- There can occasionally be some humidity. Ventilate regularly if you notice it.

- Direct street access: no stairs or lifts. Step-free entrance, very convenient.

- No pets.

- No smoking inside the property.
