🌳 El Tiemblo chestnut forest — 8 min by car. One of the most spectacular and ancient chestnut woods on the Iberian Peninsula, home to the legendary "El Abuelo", a thousand-year-old chestnut of extraordinary size. A walk among giants that impresses at any time of year.

🏞️ San Juan reservoir — 20 min by car. River beach, kayaking, paddle boarding and water sports at one of the most popular summer destinations in the Madrid mountains. A perfect plan for hot days.

The villa is at Av. del Ebro, 147, La Atalaya, Ávila. Access is self-guided with a key box: you will receive full detailed instructions in the welcome guide before arriving. Free parking right opposite the plot (there is no garage). Note: the entrance area of the plot is shared with a separate cabin discreetly integrated into the grounds; all other spaces are for your exclusive use.
