🚗 How to get here

If you come by car, on-street parking is free. The apartment has direct street access (it is a ground-floor unit with its own entrance), with no stairs or lifts. You arrive, open the door and you are home. If you prefer public transport, the metro is the easiest option: 8 minutes on foot from Asamblea de Madrid - Entrevías (Line 1).

📋 HOUSE RULES

- Check-in from 16:00 | Check-out before 11:00. If you need a late check-out that has not been agreed in advance, a €20 surcharge per extra hour applies.

- Maximum capacity: 2 guests.

- The apartment is a ground-floor unit with no windows to the outside, so it does not get direct sunlight. It has warm lighting and a stable temperature (21-23 °C), ideal for resting.

- The temperature is regulated automatically. If you need to adjust it, get in touch with us.

- There can occasionally be some humidity. Ventilate regularly if you notice it.

- No pets.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No parties or events.
